How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 1–2 days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Choose express shipping at checkout for next-day delivery (cut-off time is 11am).

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver all our hampers safely and efficiently.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we do!

Can I customise a hamper?

Not at this time — our hampers come with preset goodies carefully curated by us.

Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely! Just leave your message in the notes section during checkout.

Are the hampers gift-wrapped?

Gift wrapping is available! You can select it as an add-on here: Gift Wrap Option

Can I choose specific items to go into a hamper?

Sorry, our hampers are pre-packed and not customisable.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some items may contain allergens. Please check individual product descriptions on each hamper page or contact us if you’re unsure.

💳 Ordering & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major card payments online. Cash is also accepted for local collection.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes! Items must be unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase. If you're returning due to a change of mind, return postage is at your own cost.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes, but only when the option is clearly listed on the product page.
